Without mentioning your job title, how would you describe what it is you do now (whether at home, work, in the community, etc.)?
I pour myself into every aspect of my life – my work, the industry, my friends, my family. I give everything 100% and feel such satisfaction at solving problems, tackling challenges, bringing people together and inspiring and helping others.
What are the first three words you think of when you hear the word ‘diversity’?
Strong, necessary, beneficial.
What do you think it will take to develop truly diverse thinking within the legal industry?
Cultural change. Change needs to start from the top in order for it to truly sift through every level.
What was your main driver to enter the legal industry?
A love of English, the art of persuasion, problem solving, using my talents to help others.
