Katrina Pagey is a Special Counsel at McCullough Robertson Lawyers in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, specialising in insolvency, shareholder disputes, directors’ duties and officers’ duties, equitable relief, property disputes, sports law disputes and tribunals.
Katrina is known for having strong technical knowledge in insolvency and commercial litigation and providing commercial considerations when providing advice. Katrina acts in litigation of all sizes and in Australian state and federal jurisdictions on behalf of various stakeholders in disputes involving incorporated partnerships, joint venture parties, shareholders, and directors.
Katrina is recognised by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific for Restructuring and Insolvency, and is named by Doyle’s Guide as a Commercial Litigation & Insolvency Law Rising Star, a testament to the quality of work that Katrina delivers for her clients. Too many episodes of Law in Order, Legally Blonde, and a genuine passion for the law and wanting to help people.
