She undertakes pro bono matters and advises on pro bono work being conducted across Gadens, including in the areas of domestic violence, the environment, the arts, financial literacy and humanitarian visas.

What do you think it will take to develop truly diverse thinking within the legal industry?

I have no short answer for this. Players in the industry will think to the extent to which the model allows it; what does the model allow?
