Helping people at their most vulnerable to achieve a sense of validation for what has happened and justice.

What are the first three words you think of when you hear the word ‘diversity’?

Representation, wide ranging, and inclusion.

What do you think it will take to develop truly diverse thinking within the legal industry?

Listening to one another, empathy, and meaningful inclusion.

What was your main driver to enter the legal industry?

To do something meaningful and to advocate for those who could not.
