Without mentioning your job title, how would you describe what it is you do now (whether at home, work, in the community, etc.)?

I manage the APAC legal and compliance team for a global firm active in the financial markets. I am also a mother of two.

What are the first three words you think of when you hear the word ‘diversity’?

More is needed.

What do you think it will take to develop truly diverse thinking within the legal industry?

Taking risks and challenging the status quo.

What was your main driver to enter the legal industry?

When I became hooked on John Grisham books at 14!But what has kept me in the legal industry are the really great people I have worked with and the varied and interesting work – having a legal background has opened up a lot of different doors.
