What are the first three words you think of when you hear the word ‘diversity’?

Strength, perspectives, experience.

What do you think it will take to develop truly diverse thinking within the legal industry?

A deep and committed appreciation of the value of diversity (in its broadest sense) by those individuals who currently hold the power and influence in key roles within the legal industry – with value being understood to be both economic and social value.

What was your main driver to enter the legal industry?
