I defend financial professionals while mentoring junior lawyers and balancing a busy family life.

What are the first three words you think of when you hear the word ‘diversity’?

Women, family, balance.

What do you think it will take to develop truly diverse thinking within the legal industry?

In terms of women with children, their partners need to pull their weight at home so the women can work more.

What was your main driver to enter the legal industry?

I love applying the law to different situations.
