Work with injured people and ensure they receive the compensation they deserve.

What are the first three words you think of when you hear the word ‘diversity’?

Opportunity, inclusion, strength.

What do you think it will take to develop truly diverse thinking within the legal industry?

Stong leadership that is genuinely committed to inclusivity, diversity and positive culture.

What was your main driver to enter the legal industry?

I had always found the law interesting, and I had a background in legal education. After my first child was born, I had a break from full-time work and decided to start my law degree. I have never looked back!
