Assist individuals to reclaim their life post major injury or trauma.

What are the first three words you think of when you hear the word ‘diversity’?

Strength, collaboration, power.

What do you think it will take to develop truly diverse thinking within the legal industry?

To challenge some existing stereotypes within the profession and to work with the profession and employers on education of the changing industry needs and power and strength of diversity within the profession.

What was your main driver to enter the legal industry?

To be a voice for people who are not heard.
