Inclusion, equity, respect.

What do you think it will take to develop truly diverse thinking within the legal industry?

By being genuinely open to new ideas, to committing to life-long learning, being alert to unconscious biases and in recognising and embracing the benefits of collaboration.

What was your main driver to enter the legal industry?

The opportunity to be part of and contribute to a profession which has the ability to have a profoundly positive impact on the lives of individuals and the community as a whole.
