Strategic advisor who helps clients to achieve their business goals in a way that delivers strong shareholder return, strengthens communities and creates lasting value.

What are the first three words you think of when you hear the word ‘diversity’?

Innovation, Openness, Growth.

What do you think it will take to develop truly diverse thinking within the legal industry?

To actively promote and increase the representation of women, First Nations Australians, socially disadvantaged and minority groups into leadership positions, being open to and embracing change in a way that generates financial, social, educational and broader community value.

What was your main driver to enter the legal industry?

Ability to positively influence and effect outcomes which deliver lasting value to the client and stakeholders.
