I am a communicator, problem solver and advocate for our clients to achieve their desired outcomes.

What are the first three words you think of when you hear the word ‘diversity’?

Equality. Belonging. Opportunity.

What do you think it will take to develop truly diverse thinking within the legal industry?

Conscious change, acceptance of this change, and continuing to challenge the status quo.

What was your main driver to enter the legal industry?

I was fascinated by the challenging and intricate nature of the law (not to mention a minor obsession with Law & Order when I was younger!). I enjoy problem solving, analytical thinking and a good debate!
